Love this apartment. It is a small building, so it is pretty quiet and most of our neighbors are UCLA students. Note there is a sweet old lady who lives upstairs. It is an old building though, so the floorboards are rather creaky and there is a thick layer of paint over the doors and windows, so nothing closes fully, and dust gets everywhere. There is also only one washer and dryer for the whole building.
However, it is very spacious, particularly the living room and kitchen area (a rarity in Westwood) with tons of natural light in some rooms. The bathroom is newly remodeled and fairly large though there is only one. Our manager is really nice and responsive, putting maintenance orders through quickly. Views are nice and can see the sunset. If you sign early enough, parking is included though highly recommend bringing a small car as spaces are cramped.
