Great! its not the most modern of spots but we got a good amount of space and the price was good. We barely had maintenance issues, management is nice and helpful, its a quiet complex and clean were happy here over all parking can be a little tight but other then that its good and we leased through premier our place came furnished at a cheap price
I wouldn't advise anyone to live in this building. The communication with the landlord is almost nonexistent and upkeep of the building is minimal. Phone calls, texts, emails...all go unanswered for quite sometime. God forbid something urgent happens, because there's no way the landlord is going to answer your call. The building is really old, but at such cheap rent you're getting what you pay for. Parking spot comes with the place, but even that is sketchy. It's supposed to be a gated garage with a clicker and they just haven't fixed it.
It's alright.
I don't think you'll get a one bedroom much cheaper than this, and there is one parking space included in the rent. The complex is old and it shows, but the landlord is semi-responsive. If something breaks it might take a few days, and the fix won't be perfect, but it'll get done. A bit of a walk from campus, but not too bad.
Don't live here! There were always leaks and our boiler was even making weird noises once. Although everything breaks apart because it's so old, the landlord never responds, he only contacts you when he wants the rent. Cheap rent, but it's because it's a very cheap place. Whenever the landlord finally sends someone to finally fix something, it's always just a painter to hide whatever broke with paint.
