The rooms themselves are pretty decent space and natural light-wise. The central AC unit doesn't work so there's a small AC unit in the living room but doesn't cool down the bedrooms, which can be an issue when it gets hot. This apartment offers wifi with the rent but do not take it. There are issues all the time with it and the landlord Fred is never available. This apartment also has coackroaches but can be mitigated with industrial grade cockroach bait. In general, don't expect the landlord to be responsive to anything. We had to wait 2 weeks for the internet to get fixed.
This apartment is very spacious. Looks very promising except that it has freaking COCKROACHES and the manager always takes a month to get it fixed. Also, Roberts Co (the company behind this apartment) SUCKS. They NEVER answer their calls or emails unless they're hit with a law suit. California Law requires you to have the place be safe and habitable for the occupants and this apartment seriously does not care about your well being. My housemates and I had to live at other places for literally a month while STILL paying for their apartment due to the cockroaches. DO NOT stay here!!!!
