Monthly Rent: $1200 - $1200
I've lived here for about 4 years. There are great amenities to choose from while living here and security at night. With anything I need fixed in my apartment I ask Ron and she makes sure it gets done in a timely manner. The maintenance guys are always very helpful and polite. They have nice swimming pool and spacious rooms. Laundry facilities work well. The pool and grounds are kept clean. The built-in appliances are electric. Best thing is that people who there are so helpful and its safe because it’s gated. I’m sure people love to live there because they can feel comfortable.
We've lived here in 507 Glenrock and everything is good so far as met or exceeded our expectations. Parking is always available for ourselves and guests. All staff maintenance and leasing have addressed any of our needs incredibly efficiently and respectfully (dishwasher leaked a bit when we first moved in but was fixed in a day, a piece of the blinds unit came off and was replaced in a day, etc.) . Actual unit is in great condition. Pool and Hot tubs are cleaned regularly. The building has a camera system and Wi-Fi. Overall I really like this community.
The building is very nice overall and is constantly being updated. The apartment units feature new appliances. Parking is great and the staff is always friendly and helpful across the board. If you need anything, they are happy to help. This is the best place I have lived so far. Everyone is so nice when I need something. I love that they send me an email when I have a package so I don’t have to go down there and ask if anything has arrived. Which is a big deal for a serial online shopper like me AND IM STUCK IN CLASS ALL DAY. Whenever I have a maintenance request they are up here within 2 days so I never worry if something goes wrong. Not a bad place if you're a student that is going to UCLA.
This apartment is decent. Everyone who lives in the complex is nice. The best aspects of living here that I found the peace and tranquility I was looking for as a student. Apartments are large and exceptionally well maintained. Facilities is in good shape. One aspect of being a tenant here is that it’s been very positive experience is dealing with the management. The maintenance man handles any repairs within the day or next Business day. He has an upbeat personality and enthusiasm that gives you the assurance that he truly cares and will do his best to make things right. One of the things that drew me to this building was the spa. There are many buses around to take you anywhere you would want to go. Several hundred dollars cheaper than other apartments in the area. If you are looking for comfortable place to live without the headache then this is it!
So far, soooooo AMAZING! I love my apartment, and the staff is already like family! It has the best unobstructed view of the city on the rooftop. Very quit few parties. The place is staffed 24/7. What attracted me to this building and why I am generally happy with it are as follows:
1. Only students live here
2. Management is very attentive
3. My unit is updated
This is the building you should live in if you go to UCLA. Everything you need is here it's close to hundreds of restaurants and shops and walking distance to UCLA.
The Glenrock Regency is rated as a 3.5 star apartment condominium. It is a little aged but has all my needs. The apartments are all self-contained and as you are only a very short distance from the UCLA (approx. 15m walk). The staff are truly terrific with their good manners and very friendly. The pool is superb because it is located at the rooftop that’s why when I’m free I feel so relaxed. They had 24 hours online rep. that assist us. The manager Ron is very friendly and kind to us.
Unit was pretty cool. The personnel were courteous and friendly, unit owner very accommodating. The internet service made it possible for me to study while on holiday. Overall, it was a nice stay, could recommend it to friends who wish to study in UCLA.
This is an awesome place to live. Try to find a place to live near campus with this many amenities. Pool, rooftop deck, cable, wi-fi internet and a great maintenance staff. I live on the 4th floor and it's very peaceful at all. I park on the street. Everything is meticulously maintained and there are some really great condos in the building. I am a girl and I walk home from the campus all the time and I always feel safe. Westwood is walking distance which is really nice too!
