Very spacious. The building itself can get quite loud. Elevators get stuck often. The rooftop furniture is broken and unusable.

I was a transfer student coming into the Fall 2010 school year. I was placed in 456 Landfair University apartments. My experience was great - I only shared a one bedroom with another transfer student and she was nice. The only DOWNSIDE about sharing a 1 bedroom - yes, it IS more private but that means you pay more in rent. Friends of mine who shared a 2 bedroom apartment with 4 occupants total paid about $300 less than what I paid.

You pay per quarter and if you want parking you HAVE to request it early because the garages fill up. Luckily, my roommate and I were both able to snag parking spots (TANDEM - BLECHK!), which added an extra $100 per quarter. She and I were EACH paying $1,000 per quarter just for the apartment.

But, it was clean and neighbors were nice. It has a nice balcony with tables and chairs to lay out and relax. The view we had was pretty sick - it was facing the school, NOT the neighborhood like the other side. Since it IS Landfair, it will get very noisy on Thursday-Saturday nights, so be warned!

Other than that, it was enjoyable and I'm glad that I was placed into this apartment.
