Overall, this apartment is great for UCLA undergrads. It is cheap, spacious, and in a great location. There is no live in manager, but there are a few older people who live in the building who aren't very tolerant of parties. It is an older building and they don't really keep it up, but the living area is spacious. The insulation sucks (it will get really hot or cold depending on the temperature outside), there is no dishwasher, and the cabinets are pretty old and they don't all close, they could replace the carpet, but overall, this place is pretty great for the price. It can be loud in the evenings if you live in one of the street facing apartments, and on trash collection/street cleaning days. The 2 bedroom apartments come with one lane of parking (which you can fit 3 smaller cars if you park one car apron...which means on street cleaning you have to move one of the cars), and the one bedrooms share with another one bedroom apartment. I would definitely live here again if I wasn't graduating and I definitely recommend it!
