It is really hard to get a hold of the landlord in this apartment. We submitted a work-order for our fridge 3 months ago because it leaked water and we still haven't had anyone come in to fix it. Also, 3 of our lights went out in our apartment but the maintenance guy still hasn't come around to fixing it either. Last summer our sink was clogged for 2 months and pretty much unusable but still no response. Even if your bathroom is overflowing and Michelle is in her apartment she won't answer the door. Also, the neighbors call the cops on you all the time if you're having a party even if its a Thursday, Friday, or Saturday night. The rooms are nice but most of the appliances are old and the wood smells like mold. The bathrooms clog up a lot and the walls are thin so you can always hear your neighbors walking around (especially if you live on the 1st or 2nd floor). There are a lot of bugs- especially flies in the kitchen and weird worms in the cabinets that end up eating all of your food. Parking is HORRIBLE- the spots are tiny and I know plenty of people that scratched their cars on the poles or have had their neighbors hit them. Def. moving out as soon as this lease is over!
