Monthly Rent: $4600 - $5000
This building is SO loud now. Our new manager (not Christine) is horrible; lazy, and literally just sits on her phone in the office all day long, not looking up from it unless you're literally knocking on her door. Neighbors are loud. Elevator constantly breaks down and if your room is anywhere near a stairwell people are inconsiderate and stomp down the metal stairs and make it entirely impossible to sleep without wanting to bang your head against a wall. Internet is provided by spectrum, is spotty, and not reliable.
Price is definitely not worth it.
Laundry is $2 for wash and $2 to dry, all utilities aren't included, wifi isn't included, and we've had maintenance requests almost every week.
Microwave took 3 weeks to be fixed, and we have had plumbing issues throughout the bathrooms and kitchen. Looks pretty, but definitely could have had better options with this same price point. Neighbors have also been pretty loud, and if you have windows facing inside the building, you can hear every opening door when anyone goes in and out of their apartments all day.
The only plus is that there's a jacuzzi on the roof, but it shuts off at 10PM.

Room was infested with ants. Internet setup is absolutely atrocious. Utilities are not properly reflected in the contract. Water has been having maintenance shutoffs for the last 2 weeks and today we were literally afforded a warning 30 minutes prior to the water shutting off for 2 hours. In original contract negotiations, landlord withheld information based on who she was speaking to.
I would not recommend this place. It is too expensive and not worth it. The rent is $2750/ month for 2B/2B for second floor 1050 square feet. The higher the floor, the more expensive. The price will increase next year (about $100 more I think). The rent is fair for a luxury apartment but it does not include any utilities. The billing is done through AUM, which is like a middleman, a company that is is in charge of billing but it is actually other companies that provide the services. Because it's a big complex, they make you pay the sewer bill, water, energy (for heating up water) and pest control (which failed because we had cockroaches at the beginning of the year). On top of that, you have to pay electricity which is through LADWP, gas, and internet. Total utilities cost probably range from $190 - $230/ apartment/ month.
Also, parking is not included in the rent. It is $125 if you choose to have only one parking space or $100/spot if you choose to have 2 spaces.
The one nice thing about the apartment is the roof. It has a jacuzzi and a grill, so it makes a nice place for a barbecue. Although if you have a party, noise tolerance is low at this place. People just complain too much.
You can easily find a nice, clean place with parking included at privately-owned places instead of big complexes like Kelton Plaza. Big complexes require a lot of maintenance, therefore the price is much higher. If you're willing to walk a little further, I would recommend places further down Kelton or North of Landfair (north of frat route).
Good luck finding a place for next year! I hope this review helps!
More costly than it is worth. If you live near the street or with a bedroom facing the interior court of the apartment, it is quite loud. For a few months after we moved in, we had a cockroach problem. I think it was because the people who lived there before us were very dirty but it was cleared up after a couple of pest control visits. I think it is fairly small compared to other places I have seen for the same price. It does look nice from the outside and has a study room.
It's a pretty nice place to live. The apartments are spacious and the neighbors are generally quite. There are occasionally loud parties, but people are usually respectful of the other tenants. It's a bit pricey, but it's in Westwood and it's clean, so you get what you pay for in comparison to some other slightly less expensive buildings.
