- Landlord: Does not live on site, not prompt with texts and calls, rarely visits, not an easy person to work with. Requires the rent check to be mailed out to her apartment and charges a $100 fine if it is even late by 1 day. Not at all lenient/considerate towards broke, college students.
- Rent: Cheap rent for a place in Westwood at a prime location close to UCLA but that does not justify the bad attitude and behavior of the manager towards students when she was a former UCLA student herself
-Noise: Depending on neighbors, we had loud neighbors that partied all the way till finals week so it was hard to go to bed on some nights. Walls super thin
- Size: Good size apartment
- Upkeep: Badly kept, walls are simply painted over to cover up cracks and scratches. Windows old and broken, everything looks like it will crack down upon you at any time, doors are creaky, floors make sound when you walk on it
- Laundry: On site 1 washer and 1 dryer ONLY for the entire complex of residents!! Breaks down frequently and the manager requires tenants to call in for servicing.
Bottom line: If you're looking for cheap rent, this place is it, but don't expect the manager to accommodate your requests.
