Do NOT expect to have a social atmosphere. Parties are NOT tolerated. A lot of old tenants in the building who complain about literally any noise you make, whether it's you walking too loud, shutting the door too harshly, or the television playing. Seriously. And, of course, the managers only believe the older folks. As a student, you will not be taken seriously or treated with any respect under any circumstance. Excuse me, but...we're in WESTWOOD. Literally next door to the UCLA campus, what'd you expect? This complex is treated as if it's an elderly living facility. Nonsense.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS! This place is HORRIBLE. First of all even though it looks "luxurious" it is NOT. There are cockroaches everywhere!!!!!!!!!
Every floor smells horribly, even though they try and put air fresheners. My guest covered their noses every time they walked through!
Management is going through issues. Nothing is organized
Rent is INSANE. They think just because they have a pool and half a basketball court they can charge the same amount as the plazzao (the most expensive place near UCLA) 3200 for a two bedroom PLUS 2 months security deposit that can't be put towards the last months rent? Ridiculous.
There is security that even if your dog barks or if you watch TV you will get written up and even FINED by management!
If you can afford this place you are better off living at the Plazzao.
