I just moved out after a year in this apartment and I can't emphasize how badly it was managed by our landlord. First off it is expensive and rent is increasing to $6000 for next year. The "renovations" they did were poorly done. The walls chipped, we had multiple cabinets break, the towel rack broke on the second day. The landlord was rude and inconsiderate, rarely followed up on any of our concerns, and was overall awful. Our backyard area that we used for 6 months was now a "common Space" which led to our landlord telling the contractors to throw away any of our belongings. We had expensive grills and furniture on the patio that the landlord threw away without warning. This place is overpriced and made my senior year was more stressful than it needed to be. Do yourself a favor and live literally anywhere else in Westwood.

Extremely spacious, especially for the price and the fact that it's a one bedroom. Hardwood floors are a nice touch and there's tile in the kitchen. If anything, the bathroom NEEDS to be updated and the paint they used is super cheap and peeling. Also the fridge is not able to fit everything for 3 people, so you have to change your shopping habits. The landlord is accessible, but don't expect things to happen quickly or for your problems to be resolved right away. There's a frat renting out one of the apartments so it's loud when they party on the balcony but that doesnt happen often. The real problem is the neighbors across the street that insist on playing bad mixes of music all weekend and most weekdays hella loudly. Screw them. But honestly, this is a way better place for the price than any of the other apartments I've seen around here so I'd def recommend it!!!
