This place is a total RIPOFF, not to mention the person who is assistant to the landlord has a huge attitude problem. Careful when you sign that addendum because it gives them the right to shove in your face that they are going to fix the fridge and also can disturb or enter your apartment anytime they wish once you give them the notice you are leaving. The apartments are old and painted over. The surrounding frats are loud sometimes making it impossible to study at home. You can definitely find a better deal than this without the hassle.
THE MANAGEMENT HERE IS AWFUL! DO NOT LIVE HERE! They just barge in whenever they want, most of the time without even telling you! They have a history of searching through their tenants apts without them knowing until one actually installed a nanny cam and CAUGHT THEM. They do not respect their tenants. Our apt was so dirty when we moved in that it took us 3 days to clean it. I've spoken with other tenants and they too, are very unhappy with the quality of management here.
Wow, just wow. The apartment manager and the landlord for this place are absolutely utterly unkind, irrational, and just plain nuts. The place is disgusting! They will not fix anything for you. They will make you pay for damages that were already there. We got locked into the apartment because the bottom lock for the door wasn't working and somehow the bolt locked us in one day. They refused to fix it until I brought up that it was a fire safety issue, and so they sent this guy who basically tore open the door. It's still broken. They fixed it with wall putty, a little.
