alright. holy shit when i say this place is BAD i mean it. lived here 2019-2020. my apartment was INFESTED WITH ROACHES. i’m talking big roaches that aren’t scared of you. and the landlord is a complete menace. don’t be tricked by any mention of other buildings or that this property is managed by a company. it’s not. it’s managed by the landlord’s father and he doesn’t even live in westwood. every unit comes w tandem parking spots which is nice but the parking spots themselves are usually filled with trash (perfect breeding spot for roaches yuck). you’re lucky if you leave this place without seeing a bug or feeling totally disrespected by the landlord.
